Since 1985, the leaders of Camp Smile-A-Mile have been careful stewards of financial resources while taking careful consideration when changing or adding programming. This responsible stewardship has allowed Camp Smile-A-Mile's programs to steadily grow in a way that is sustainable and will allow us to continue meeting the needs of those we serve in the Birmingham community and throughout the state.
Camp Smile-A-Mile is an independent organization completely funded by private and corporate donations, grants and fundraising events. Camp Smile-A-Mile does not receive funding from the United Way, American Cancer Society or any governmental entity.
